Game preference presets

Hello,
I don't see any option to do this so I am posting this as a suggestion. It would be nice to have presets for game preferences, that would help saving hundreds of clicks to set the preferences to our liking.
Example: I would like to try Sky Team and I am an absolute beginner. When I enter the preferences for that game I see a ton of different settings like Scenario, and they are all set to 'I am okay playing with'. As a beginner I would like to start only with beginner friendly option but to do this I need to disable about 30 other options.
It would be nice to have some presets, like Beginner, Game X + Expansion Y, etc., that would set group of preferences instead of the user setting them one by one.

If you select Manual mode instead of Automatic, or use the "new" lobby (https://boardgamearena.com/gamepanel?game=skyteam), what you are asking is a lot simpler to do.

I think the OP's request is not to configure it themselves, but for someone else to have already determined what settings are appropriate for beginners so the OP can just choose it from a menu of options.

I understand that. What I'm saying is, it is only in the Automatic mode you have to "disable about 30 other options". In the other modes you only have to enable the options you do want.

In the example given (Sky Team), when I go to https://boardgamearena.com/gamepanel?game=skyteam, it is set up to play the Beginner scenario, without the expansion, without the advanced rules. All I would have to do is click Start.
(I have never played Sky Team or visited its game page before)

Hi there,
Some games seem to include our preferences, attached to our profile?
Some don't, and would use the browser cache to remember our fav display.

Wouldn't it be great to have each game stored with our display preferences in our profile ?
- for Terraforming Mars, I'd have my cards and planets always with a perfect fit for my screen, and the tags always visible
- for Ark Nova, my hand cards will always be above the played cards, instead by default being below
- ...

After all, 17k players logged at the same time can not have a big impact on storage if for their favorite 20-30 games there is just a few more info to store, uh ? BTW, how many total players does that represent ?
