I did a search to see if this has been discussed, but I can only find it relating to specific games.
I don't like ties resulting in NO progress in arena. If you have spent time playing and tied, you should get something for it, even one point.
The two games that irk me the most are Lucky Numbers, where it is quite common for each player to when on game of the match with the same differential, resulting in a tie, and Roll and Bump, which has no tie-break mechanism.
For Lucky Numbers, allowing a third game of the match would be a perfect solution, but if that is not possible, then just give both players a point towards progression. For Roll and Bump, a tie break could be based on most cards completed.
