Any news for IOS App?

Are they trying to release on IOS? And known dates? Last Post about it i saw in 2021 so i thought id check by again.

It's been mentioned several times, but creating an app would be absolutely the same as using a browser. BGA is designed to work only within a browser, so any time they create an app, it's just a browser that automatically goes to BGA's homepage. There's no real advantage.

(Before you ask: No, the system cannot be easily changed to make it an actual app without a browser. Each game is individually implemented to require the browser and each would need to be manually rewritten.)

I mostly play on my iPad since my laptop broke. So I don’t have any access to a “app “but I do on my android phone. It is just an icon that I click and it opens up my browser to play the game. It’s not really an app.

it does not notify me when it is my turn or there are messages or anything like that. It is just like putting a shortcut where are your apps are so you can touch it open easily

If that's your goal, most broswers allow you to add a bookmark as an icon on your device's homescreen.
