How to suggest your own board game?

Post by NikitaGamer64 »

I have my favorite board game in possession, and I would like to contribute the information of its content and rules to the Board Game Arena. Where should I publish it for the developers to research?

The official thread for suggesting games is here:
https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1040

Heads up, though. There are 185 pages of suggestions. There are tons more people willing to request games than there are people willing to implement them. It's not a matter of "content and rules" research, but people actually willing to dig in and do the work.

Almost all games are developed by volunteers and non-BGA employees.

How exactly they are developed by volunteers? It’s not like I am able to find something like a board game editor and to send it to the BGA developers to accept

Sure you are. You visit studio.boardgamearena.com and develop the game. Once you're done, BGA approves it for testing before adding it to the site.
