Interesting. So a player retains their ELO score but the top 100 ranking indicator and their place in the “all time” list gets removed, presumable until they play again.

I read also that ELO above 300 will deteriorate slowly over time for a player no longer active in that game but I’m not sure if it was implemented by BGA.

All forms of ELO decay have been rabidly opposed and none have been implemented as far as I know. Of course, rabid opposition alone does not always matter.
