If i have premium account can i play with my friend who have not premium?
In other words: if i am the only one with premium can i play in everything with everyone?

yes, you can.
And your friend can also play with you.

The only restriction is creating tables on premium games for non-premium players.
Non-premium can join everything, and also create non-premium game tables.
Premium can create/join everything.
