should cross out the green/1 rocket cards in the visible discard when playing with "Challenge mode for Three" or something else to indicate they're not in play

The Suggestions forum is for changes that would affect all games or the entire site. You will get better visibility in the specific forum for The Crew. Or better yet, submit a bug/suggestion for The Crew and the developer will be directly notified.
