Plz help me find the name of a game i've played before

I'm looking for the name of a game I've played before:

There are round tiles (not cards!) on which gems are placed (real stones)
Each turn, everyone points their finger simultaneously at the location they want
If you're the only one pointing at a location, you win the gems there
If multiple people point at the same location, no one gets those gems
You can also point at another player's gems to steal them if they don't protect them
When a location is emptied, a new gem is placed there
If no one takes the gems from a location, one more gem is added there for the next turn
