Question regarding the rules of 7Wonders - Normal Mode - New Edition

I thought at 7 wonders the tradinposts gave you access to all materials being produced at the neighbour. So not only the brown cards of the ores and materials (forests, sawmill, quarries...) but ALSO the materials offered by trading caravans (yellow) or the materials offered by the phase of a wonder (Pharos of Alexandria for example).
In the print screens you see that I have 1 stone quarry and my left neighbour has a wood quarry. https://ibb.co/6YQ9pdF In this first print screen you'll see that my right neighbour has already finished his first phase of the Pharos of Alexandria wonder. I have 5 gold and a trading post to both left and right neighbour. BUT I can not finish my first phase of the Colossus of Rhodes wonder.

The rules don't clearly state that wonder nor yellow cards are ruled out of the trade post materials to chose from.

Can anyone clear out whether this is a bug or the rules do indeed say somewhere that this is correct?

I am 100% sure that the rules does say only brown and gray can be purchased from your neighbours, and it has been the case since I played 7Wonders 10 years ago (not sure what changes were brought by this new edition).
