Flightlog and ELO

I love this game and will probably buy it sooner or later.

Two questions though:
- is it possible to access my flight log in between games? It seems I can only access the flight log during a game or during the first day after I finished a game. This prevents me from tracking my progress without starting a new game.
- I read a recent thread about ELO score for this game, but I only see an ‘apprentice’ status at my profile. Where can I find my ELO score?

- Due to platform limitations you can only access it from a table. A quick work-a-round is starting a Hotseat game with yourself so you can open the flight log (you can quit it without penalty)

- the score you get for completing a scenario was recently change. Completing a higher difficulty is now more rewarding in comparison to Lowe difficulty ones. However this is only for tables finished recently and not applied on already completed games.

Actually, the answer of the second question is 'you can check your general rank category (beginner, apprentice, average, good, strong, expert, master) instead of the value itself in co-op games'.
There are still some workarounds, but without using such methods you can see only your rank category.
