precision of a rule

Post by Drey84 »

Is it allowed to ask your teammates in the chat, for example, "animal + milk ?" without saying any guess or association with? And the others players answer only yes or no idea.
The first time I played, I thought it was not allowed, but the other people said yes.
And just now, I have a little argumentation with a girl who said no, that's not possible to do that.

Can someone enlighten me ?

From the rulebook:

„Players are allowed to talk and communicate throughout the entire game.
Example: “Can you please let me have that card?”, “I have a good idea to improve this arrow!”, “Am I the only one who doesn’t understand this association?”...

THE ONLY THING YOU CAN’T DO: Say or mention the associations you can think of.“

Therefore, my example is accepted, isn't?

I need a clear answer, because I sent the same part of rules you copied above, and the girl said no anyway!
Then, I would like to know for this example and I'll show her after: is it accepted, yes or no?

If you need an official answer and the rulebook does not give you any, then you need to address your question to the author/designer or the publisher of the game. Maybe, Poupignor I from TIKI Editions could help you?
