Question about rules: no conquest phase during turn

Hi,

I'm playing my third Smallworld game on BGA, and in this game and the previous one, I have had no conquest phase during a turn.
In this game (https://boardgamearena.com/1/smallworld?table=609673984), at round 4, while my Skeletons are still active, I got no conquest phase and moved directly to redeploy.

Am I missing something about the game rules, or does it look like a bug?

It's not letting me view a replay.

Did you maybe have such limited options (one option only) that the game played out the turn automatically for you? (Would it even do that? They usually don't, but maybe this game is an exception. I prefer it, to be honest.) For round 4, the log is saying that you rolled the reinforcement die, got two successes, and then got one new skeleton before moving to your redeployment phase.

I had a similar thing! It's been 2 games I played recently where suddenly when it's my turn I only have the option to conquest, it didn't start with the possibility to decline, I don't remember this rule
