Has a game ever been developped for BGA upon a random request from one of its member?

I requested phat once and it appeared within weeks but ended up playing with the developer and he assured me it had nothing to do with me requesting it. Pure coincidence. There is a thread somewhere that I think used to have visibility of the powers that be. Might hv been on bgg. That was before asmodee and the pollination of new games. Was only 230 or so games on here when I joined and many of those were card games. Totally spoiled these days

War of the Ring

Is there a way to know if the publisher would license to BGA? Even having a scripted turn based where the players must own the game i.e. like the one on discord where you need to own the character cards to play.
