Report non-functional tutorial?

What's the best way to report a non-functional tutorial, since it's not a bug with the actual game?

In this case, my friend and I were going through the tutorial for Res Arcana and about a quarter of the way through we reached a step that was impossible to get past--clicking the button or icons that were highlighted resulted in a "you must take the move instructed" error and we were not able to progress. I want to report this to the tutorial developer but I don't know where to do that.

It says at the start of each tutorial who created it. Their name will be a hyperlink to their profile where you can message them. They are very kind and responsive. Nekonyancer Has done many of them and actually helped me figure out how to make it work when I messaged. For a different game than this. Turns out it was me that didn't know how to do it on an iPad versus a computer.
