Someone who understands how tournaments work should start a tournament!

I went to try to start one and.... I have no idea what the best options to select would be and don't want to start a bad tournament. So hope someone who understands the options can set one up!!

Turn-based trick-taking tournaments are a total mess, because the play time is very limited.
