Move notes to not cover the resources in most games

The first thing I need to see when taking notes to help me think in a game is how much resources I have, so it's quite annoying that the notes window often cover them, no matter how I try to resize and configure the layout!

Any chance this can be fixed?

Personally, I would love to see the game log moved under the game area above the Game tabs (i.e. How to play?, Competition, etc). That way not only are the game logs easier to scroll through and review, but then the notes could be placed under the player score titles where the game logs currently are.
