Malting Floor Question

In my current game, I've got the malting floor and I distilled a whiskey. The flavor card from the malting floor, which came in the distill phase, is visible to me. Is that correct? I can't find anything in the rules that suggests that it should be, but I feel that if this were a bug, someone would have reported it already.

Yes, it is correct. We have confirmed the behavior with the designer and publisher.
