so if i have a venom token and i run out of money why on earht am i still expected to dream a way to get that money and literally cant do any actions

Playing the venomed action discards the token. If a venom token has been discarded, you don't pay, even if there are other tokens. X-ing back an action counts as playing it. Alternatively, you can break for money if sponsors is high enough (or play a sponsor that gives you money).
