Having trouble starting a new game

Is this on my end or the webpage?.
I've noticed when I 've lost a game, I have trouble getting into queue for a new game because the site insists that I'm still in a game that I already lost.
Attempts to start a new game result in the site giving me the link of the game that I'm "already in" multiple times.
Sometimes I have to wait for a game to be over that I've already lost before I can join a new game.


Now I'm even having this issue after a game is over and another player won. I try to start a new game and it keeps redirecting me back to the other game saying I have a game in progress.

When I first logged in earlier today there was a message from BGA stating they were aware of problems and karma penalties would be reversed. But that was almost 4 hours ago.
