BGA notifications and refresh

Hi guys,
Since December 2024 it feels like there's been very clear problems woth notifications, games refreshing etc.
This has been felt by android and iPhone users.

Is this being actively looked at?
I predominantly play agricola on here but seems to apply to everything.
For example, notifications often won't come through now unless you unlock your phone (so not on lock screen)

Additionally, you can be on screen of a game and the game not auto refresh/update, it could be your turn and you need to manually refresh for it to update.

None of this was the case pre December and I just want to know if this is known and being looked at.

I’ve also noticed these issues and another a new issue that started in December on iOS in Chrome - I get logged out very frequently when I open a different app/put my phone down. It happens not every time but most times and the time frame doesn’t seem to matter - 30 seconds, 3 hours. Logged out.

I’m also seeing this problem, with Castles of Burgundy, on an iPad and iPhone.
The game shows I’m waiting on another player. I can’t tell them have taken their turn until I exit the table.
Since I’m playing in full screen mode there’s no reload option, and I can’t press F5 to reload because I don’t have a keyboard.

I and other developers have noticed these reports from players, since around December.

I'm just a game developer though, I can't fix it.
