Auto win by setup

Are im the only one thinking this game can by extremly bias in alot off 1/1 games? Are im the only one left whit the feeling it doesent matter how good ore how much you play the once in 1/4 time you get a auto win if you start is ruining the competition element ? And their should be a programming that prevents to much differents in start so you whit perfect play atleast have 10-20 % chance of winning instead off just waiting to loose Nomatter youre ore youre competitors skill lvl. Just my little renting some luck are fine this is just not fun ore fair so many games is lost whitout you do anything
