ways to challenge reputation penalities?

We've all noticed the site has been having server issues for a few weeks now, more consistently than it used to be. While I don't mind losing an odd game or two due to server issues, its incredibly frustrating when all reputation penalties are not restored automatically. I don't play realtime games often luckily, but when I do, there's a chance I cannot get back into the game due to the slow server and get skipped by my opponents because I ran out of time. I got skipped twice in a day and the first time it happened, the website had a server maintenance notif not 5 mins after my game ended. Unfortunately I didnt get my reputation restored and I ended up submitting a bug report after the website claimed that service was "normal" during my game, which it wasnt. I've had no problems with my internet on both occasions and was able to access other webpages, just not the game I was playing. Is there another way I can challenge reputation penalties other than the bug reports given the frequency of the server crashes? I completely understand that these things can happen and appreciate the website's fast response to troubleshoot these issues but I would like to ideally get some resolution for penalties outside my control, even if its not immediate.

While it certainly is annoying, that the server issues got recognized a couple of minutes after your case, I fear there is really nothing you can do. So far I haven't heard of a case where a single player has gotten their karma restored (as opposed to everyone playing during server issues). You'll probably be back to 100% karma long before you'll hear anything back from the support team and I believe that that is precisely the reason they don't do much about cases like yours.
It is pretty easy to get your karma back up, especially if your not in the "red zone" where you might face table restrictions and - as frustrating as it is for a small handful of players like you, that might have been punished by mistake- It is (hopefully) more helpful for everyone if the BGA team spend their time on issues facing a wider playerbase.
No one looking at your profile will think, that you are an unreliable player. If the number bothers you, the usual tips for karma farming apply (playing short realtime games like Can't Stop), if you are bothered by the unfairness, I fear there is no solution anyone on this forum can offer you.

I'm a competitive player. Getting skipped multiple times in a completely winning position after playing well above the stipulated turn time for 99% of the game only to lose out on arena points, ELO and reputation is frustrating. If only there was a way bga can widen the gap where they restore penalties between when a service error was spotted and got fixed could make the user experience smoother and more forgiving.
