Troubleshoot connectivity

Hi, I am looking for some help. I am trying to play a game of 6 nimmt with my parents. Setup
I am in Canada: Windows 7, chrome browser, 30mbps isp
My dad is in Peru: Windows 7, IE browse, 10mpbs isp
My mom is in Peru (same wifi network as my dad): Windows 7, IE browser, 10mbps isp
We have a lot of problems because either my dad/mom keep going randomly/frequently offline (sometimes every few seconds) from the server.
Would anybody have some troubleshooting steps/ideas?
We are able to video chat/voice chat over the same connection.

Yes, i've the same problems too. just press F5.
