What happened here?

After placing my cartographer at the top of column 5, which completed my 4th column and should have ended the game, why was I given another tile to play (which would up being the navigator that I placed at the top of column 4)? I thought the only bonus for the fifth column on this map was three points and not another turn. Is this a bug?

This refers to turns 46-48, by the way.

See move 43 - You placed a parrot to fill Colum 3 whose effect is granted before triggering the column bonus. Thus, you will have a parrot bonus tile even tho you flipped the very parrot. (That parrot flip was a monkey which gave you another parrot from a tile flipped below using that monkey)

Hence you get 2 tiles in a row even tho you filled 4/4 columns in this process.
