Cannot read secret cards

I completed feats but I don't find where to read secret cards. Am I doing something incorrectly?

Currently, the available secret cards are all equipments. When unveiling one you should be able to see them in game - during distribution and in the log. Later, you will encounter them when drawing or purging equipment
