New Time Out System bugged? Or badly implemented?

Hi guys!

So i just played tash kalar 4 players. After 93% of the game a player timed out. After that the scoring was rly confusing. Every other player had the same points (which wasn't even close to the real score).
All players (except the timeout one) had 1 victory point and the tiebreaker was also not considered. Is this a bug or do i not understand the new system?
Hope someone can clarify this issue, thx.

I'm not sure it's the right place to explain this, but I think there might be some flaws in the new system.

Seasons #12406665 : (This game was a turn by turn)
One player was timed out, and his turns were skipped. We played till the end anyway, but there something strange happened. The game was blocked on a screen which said :
"Partie abandonnée". (Game "abandonned" ? not sure of the english word)
Scores were "0" for every player.
I clicked on the button which said "Quitter la partie" ("leave the game") and now I have a penalty for leaving a game...

Résultats de la partie neutralisés (un joueur a quitté la partie en cours de jeu):
Le joueur qui a quitté (ou dont les tours ont été passés) perd la partie et aura une
pénalité.
Les autres joueurs gagnent la partie et obtiennent 1% des points ELO normaux (car 1% du jeu était joué avant l'incident).

This says that only 1% of the game was played, but this is untrue as we played till the end. Furthermore, I was not the one who left the game... but the blame is on me now...
