making signature recipe

My opponent had 3 grains including dent corn as shown but was not able to make her signature recipe. Trying to find out why, or is it just bad wording?

The recipe also requires no plant and no fruit. It doesn't mean "does not require", it means "requires that they're not present". Was this condition satisfied?

The picture shows the ingredients in the pantry. But the condition is that the three grain sugars (including corn) must be left in the spirit. Did your opponent: 1) distill the ingredients, 2) have three grain including corn left in the spirit stack, and 3) still could not make the signature recipe?
