Turn based game, and I just clicked over to it because it's my turn, but haven't done anything yet. Yet the game log on the right says I activated King Bolete!

Even though it says I activated King Bolete already on this turn, it's still prompting me for an action, which means it knows it's my turn and I haven't taken an action yet.
Also, you can see that on my last turn, I photosynthesized, including trading in one nitrogen, and I have an "ongoing" bonus of 1 extra carbon, so I got 4 carbon. But now I have only three, as if I already spent a carbon. Also, I'm pretty sure I used the last of my phosphorus on the turn before that, for a reproduce, so I think I should have 0 phosphorus now. Yet I have 2, which is what I would have if I really had activated the King Bolete.
... but I also only have two phosphorus, which is what I'm pretty sure I had before; if I really had activated the King Bolete I should have 4 now, I think.
Partly what makes it much harder to puzzle through what happened, is that the game log for this game is rather vague and ambiguous. It doesn't directly tell you what action each player chose, or what they spent. So I'm trying to extrapolate logically from the thin and partial information in the log. But I can't figure it out. Can anyone explain?
