Confusion on Level 3 Solo Scoring

I just finished a level 3 corporation solo game, and I ended my game with 114 points by focusting on berries. Well the solo auto scores, and says it got 135 points, but when I try calculating everything myself, it shows it got 113 points. It had used all its cheese, giving it 47 points, it completed 15 cheese cards, getting it 45 points, got 2 5 point and 2 4 point area majorities, and had a total of 4 berries, getting it 3 points according to the score card for the solo. That all combines to 113, not 135 and not sure why it is scoring this way.

I rarely agree with the Corporation's score. I wish it would itemize its scoring so I could tell where we differ. I almost always play level 3, so I haven't noticed if it just that level, but the total points rarely make sense.
