Game turn based blocked in uploading. How could I close the table?

Hi, everyone.

During a turn based game with a friend the game is always blocked at 10% of uploading. We are not able to access the game and to play.
Did this ever occur to anyone?

I opened a bug report 8 days ago but I did not receive any response.
