How long does that red warning label stay on my profile? Shouldn't a player be informed that there's a warning label on their profile?

You mean the recent penalties? 60 days, I believe.

The 'warnings' about them being on your profile are given at the time that they occur, but the timeouts don't matter, and the exits/boots reduce your Karma (which you've already fully restored) but otherwise don't matter.
