Skip green scroll as none can be moved

We just started, so maybe this gets unlocked later? We got our first green scroll and are unable to shift the track for either player and just have a prompt to skip? Per the game manual, it looks like the track should be fully available for improvement from the start and is not blocked by a purchase gate or anything?

If this is the first game you played then it's because you died in combat, any rewards from that combat are discarded if you die.
