My maximum score was 88 against the bot, against real players its lower since they block double spots early and know which bridges should be cleared.

It is a bit like forest shuffle, you only get really high scores against weak opponents or people who cooperate.

Thank You for reply.
I think that for a scoring 100+ points, the game must form a certain layout of actions and resources with cards and tiles on the main board,
in my case, 3 pearls in the top section of Training Yards allowed me to put all the courtiers in the Castle earlier,
and raise two of them to the Castle second level,
and I got access to food and the Gardener action on my personal board,
so I managed to put all 15 workers on the main board.

I am interested to see what other layouts of the main board tiles and cards contribute to scoring 100+ points.

I managed to score 118 in my last 3p game - https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=629894422
This set up had the personal domain action + 5 coins in the 5 iron training yard, which was a great combo for gathering resources via personal domain plus coins to enable running lanterns plus the 2 point warriors for end game scoring.
Resources felt plentiful and more limited by what actions were available in the castle.
With early courtiers on the second level, I ran lanterns 2-3 times per turn and gained 4-6 vps each time, for a total of 21 vps.
Agree that you definitely need a good board set up to have such a high scoring game.
We both also had the seal bonus card which I think grants so much flexibility in actions, resources, heron track, etc.
Probably also affected by the other players at the table, since I see both our games have a wide range of final scores.
