Did the bell alerts on real time games go away?

There used to be a setting you could create on a game to notify you if anyone had opened a real time game for it. It was a bell icon on the game page but I can't for the life of me find it anymore. Have they been removed?

It's only available for less popular games, e.g. https://boardgamearena.com/gamepanel?game=blaze (click PLAY first).

What an interesting distinction! Is there a way to determine what meets the threshold?

I think it's something like expected waiting time > 15 min. But how this "expected waiting time" is defined is a mystery
