No monster pack's Characters in evolution games?

Is there a reason characters belonging to Monster Packs (Cthulhu, Anubis, King Kong and Cybertooth) are not avaible in Evolution games?
I can understand why promotional monsters are avaible only without the Evolution rule since they don't have official evolution cards, but since the monster pack ones come with their own why not make them avaible?

Simply because it's a lot of work to code all these new evolution powers, make sure how they interact with existing ones, ...

Not yet, but at least I hope we will be able to add the future monster pack as a new available Monster.
