Who is the best character to choose, as an outlaw or vice?

Jesse Jones should be among the top choices. Kit Carlson is a more subtle titan in this game, they're a viable contender for best character. Suzy Layfette should be noted to have the highest ceiling for absurdity but lacks the consistency the previous two characters have. Honorable mention to Slab the Killer for their inevitability.
