When does the game end?

So what triggers the end of the game? Only next people can play last turns or it depends who started?
The rules page doesn't work and i cannot see it written in the description neither.

The players who makes the first delivery AFTER the stack of orange cows is empty gets 2 points for that and triggers the end game : each OTHER player still has one turn.
