player cant join my table even though they are a friend

I have a friend that says they are told they cant join my H&F table because they are not a master. Lots of people play with me that are lower rated. Anyone know what's happening and how this can be fixed?

review your settings when you create a game :)

It might be under the icon that look like a person walking though a door.
