Account that won't take or display red thumbs

I played a game and gave a red thumb but it does not appear on this person's account. Either this is a glitch of the site, a flaw in the system or perhaps one of the admins using an account that allows them to never get red thumbs. I reported it but the admins closed it, I reported it again but it has so far been ignored. I think that if an account such as Rorrick exists it creates an imbalance in the entire site and the whole purpose of red thumbs existing in the first place.
