I understand the frustration. The game can be brutal. Sometimes you simply cannot win.
But your theory is not correct. The leader in Arena and third in ELO is not a Premium User. So it ist possible.

How many elo points you win or lose has nothing to do with whether or not you have a premium account. It's determined by the difference between your existing elo score. If you win against someone with a higher score than you, you win more points than if you win against someone with a similar or lower score. Same for losing points. You lose more points if you lose against someone with a lower elo score than you.

An ELO change that high is due to that other player's K factor being higher the first 10 rated games they play. It has nothing to do with being premium. ELO calculations are explained here: https://boardgamearena.com/faq?anchor=faq_account_elo

If you go back and look at games where you've won within the first 10 times you played, you'll notice your ELO adjustment was much higher than normal, normal being what is after you've played 20 games.

And again someone making false claims (example is piraten kapern because the game result you are referring to was also piraten kapern):

You got +33. Your opponent had -11.

...and blaming it on something totally unrelated (premium). Premium doesn't affect elo changes (nor luck)

You could've just asked why it happens instead of making ranting about your false assumptions...

I knew that claim was probably false, but was too lazy to prove it. Thanks for saving me the effort.

I never win at Lucky Number. I won at the beginning, but once I reach 125, I would just lose every game, seems like it’s rigged, because opponents would draw all numbers needed, and I would get numbers that would block me and that would help opponent. Either that or I have the worse luck and ALL my opponents are very very lucky. Everytime. Seems very strange. And it’s on both play mode and arena mode. I would win sometimes on friendly mode. It doesn’t encourage me to play anymore. I was considering going premium, but I think I will just stop playing here.

Despite the name there is some skill to the game. You haven’t figured out some of the basic stuff let alone the more advanced stuff.

Looking at your most recent game, a few observations.

Move 11: You have an 8 in the upper left corner and draw a 2… and put the 2 on the table instead of replacing your 8? I don’t understand why you made this move, but having such a high number in the upper left really hems you in and makes it a lot harder to fill in the board, especially with the 10 two spaces below it… means the space in between can only be a 9.

Move 13: you drew a 5, and now you replace the 8 with the 5. Had you taken the 2 last round the 5 could have filled the space next to it or below the 2.

Move 43: You drew a 1 and did not replace the 5 with it… and then your opponent replaced a 4 with that 1. Now, choosing when/whether to replace can be a tricky decision, but you might do well to consider why they thought it worthwhile to do so.

Move 44: Now you decide to replace the 5 with one of the 2s? Why now and not earlier?

I think if you had taken the 2 back in move 11 the first board could have gone very differently for you.

Second board… You start with a tough diagonal, 9-10-17-17. Your opponent however started with 1-3-5-19… which is better than yours but not a lot. But having two identical numbers in your diagonal definitely hurts you, makes it hard to do much in the lower right at first. I think you do a pretty good job of straightening it out, into 3-7-17-20, but then…

move 54, you replace the 7 with another 3. Thanks to Bruno this gives you another move but now you have 3-3 in your diagonal and cannot do anything in the upper left until that changes. I don’t think that was worth the extra move, personally.

A 1 then sits on the table for several turns, but you never take it. You do replace the second 3 with a 4 at some point, and replacing the first 3 with that 1 could have been a big help in opening up the upper left.

Move 93: You replace the 20 with a 17 to trigger Bruno again but now you’re back where you started with two 17s in the lower right! You’ve just made it much harder for yourself.

At this point it’s pretty much game over. They have two 16-20 gaps to fill and you have six spaces left, four of which now can literally not be placed because of your 3-4-17-17 diagonal.

You’re not unlucky. You just haven’t gotten the hang of the game yet.

One last bit of advice: when I do poorly at a game, I assume I just haven’t gotten the knack of it. Maybe I never will, or maybe it’s just not yet. If you instead assume you lose because things are rigged against you, well, that takes away any incentive to try to improve, and then you will always lose.
