Questions on order of events

I have questions regarding what should be the right order of events.

Scenario 1: Suzy has only one card in hand, a Bang. She discards this Bang in a Duel. Then her opponent discards a Bang, too. As Suzy can draw a new card when she does not have any cards in hand, if the newly drawn card is a Bang, can she use it in the same Duel? Or does the drawing of the new card only happen after the Duel? I think the implementation here on BGA is the second option, but I am not sure whether this should be correct.

Scenario 2: Suzy has only one card in hand, a Missed. Slab plays a Bang against her. Suzy plays the Missed. Then, as she has no more cards in hand, she draws another Missed. Can she use it to complete fending off the Bang which Slab has played? I think the implementation here on BGA is that this is possible, which seems to me to be at odds with the implementation for scenario 1.

Scenario 3: The sheriff is Vulture Sam. Someone else plays Gatling. The deputy, who has a Missed and only 1 hp left, is asked first to react. He passes and dies, so that Sam gets his cards. Can Sam then use the deputy's Missed to fend off the Gatling?

We (Bang developers) answered similar questions so many times and closed so many bugs I am pretty tired to provide links for those situations.

Please use Google. Bang has hundreds of threads on BGG and at some Czech(???) forum and all other forums. Emiliano Sciarra answered a lot of them. Official FAQ is also a source. Please read them, please, please, please.
