Why can't I knock or gin?

I have played Gin Rummy before, but I am playing it on BGA for the first time.

I have attached a picture of my hand.
I have three sets: 3 x 4s, 3 x 8s and 4 x Kings.
My Deadwood score is shown as 0.

There is no option for me to Knock or Gin. The only options available are to draw another card.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

you knock after drawing a card. then there should be 3 buttons (discard, knock, gin)
