You sure there was not lag going on so you thought it was still the other players' turn?. I've waited for another player to play only to almost time out myself because I didn't see it was my turn because it said it was another players' turn on my screen. It happens.

Despite many helpful people who can answer pretty detailed questions about the site here, the forums are not customer support. There are links below to actually contact customer support.

You're gonna do what you want with that information, but considering that right now there are over 10,000 users actively playing (and that's not nearly the peak), ask yourself how plausible it is that there is someone reviewing and investigating every complaint someone makes about how they ran out of time but shouldn't have.

I watched someone's clock run out and put the skip option on the board.
I decided to refresh my screen and found out that the information had not updated to my computer and I was out of time.
I think the graphics/updates sometimes freeze and causes that issue.
You will rebound super quickly. Hope it is not too big an issue.
