The Red Thumb guy

I'm quite new here, but meet this person several times already. He or she starts with the "red thumb" threat in chat and then just can't stop demanding to stop thinking and being quite annoying during the whole game. I'm not complaining, though. After all, one can ignore the chat easily.

My main question though is he/she a local celebrity? Has anyone else met this person? He/she uses several names and calls everyone "virgin". I consider each encounter with this player as a touch of the Red Thumb.

Yeah, since it's a new account each time any complaints can't do anything.

They can possibly do something. There was recently a Puerto Rico player harassing players and site admins over a period of months by creating new accounts almost immediately after they banned one. It took a while, but they apparently figured out a way to permanently ban this person from creating new accounts. It may be unique to those particular circumstances, but whatever they learned how to do may help with similar issues.
