Ecoline rush doesn't need carddraw, the opposite is the case. It would mostly hurt its gameplan.

The Ecoline dream is to find some little premium cards. You start off with Great Aquifer and Huge Asteroid, You play GIA, maybe Mohole, followed by Kelp and something like Heather. It is ridiculous how few specific cards Ecoline needs to score greatly.

I think it would be fair to say that most corporations would do well if you give them two of the best preludes and 3 of the best cards in the game.
