Has anyone ever claimed Specialist off 10 titanium production or 10 plant production?

Granted, this is extremely difficult to achieve. Barring opponents who are completely stuck or who refuse to claim milestones, the stars pretty much need to align to be able to claim Specialist off titanium or plants.

I've done it for the other four resources and came close to doing it for plants once but in that game the opponent took the final milestone before I was able to specialize in plants.

Just curious if anyone's done it and what happened in those games.

Well I haven't claimed specialist with it but I have gotten 15 or 20+ plant production. It's insects always of course that leads to this. Best wishes.

I had it one time almost with plants with Eco Expert+Trees, 3 oceans played from others and Nitro Moss into gen2 NRA - which is honestly a pretty bonkers start. But someone claimed it gen1 with the classic Allied Banks + Business Empire combo, so the dream died. In my experience, it is generally fairly edge cases that this milestone does not get taken super fast.
