Hand and foot "dirty player"

I have played a lot of hand and foot with multiple players with no issues. But lately I have had 3 different people message me mid game and accuse me of being a dirty player and tell me that I have a lot of bad reviews and thumbs down. First of all, how can I be a "dirty player"? Also, I do not see anywhere any bad reviews for myself or thumbsdowns, is this even possible? I think the person trash talking me is the same person with different account names because they have the same weird game rules in place and say similar things to me. Anyone else deal with this?

We have no way of knowing how many red thumbs downs we have been given. (At least, I do not think we do? Can anyone shed some light on this?)

You could never see the precise number, but there used to be a message visible only to the user if the proportion of their red thumbs relative to green thumbs exceeded some threshold. That system was based on the "public" red thumbs (i.e., the ones you have to state a reason for), but I think it has been discarded (at least partly) due to abuse by people coordinating harassment of certain users.
