Extra shift

If I have 4 workers and I've already supported conservation project twice(association 5), can I use the extra shift token and support the conservation project again?

Nope, it's clearly prevented by the rulebook. Easy rule to keep in mind : you need X+1 workers, where X is number of workers already there
