Is "Blitz mode" new?

I don't see an option when I start, and it seems to default to this new mode.

Yes, because I immediatly disable it.

The bad thing is the countdown in the text move the validate button to the next line.

I have to improve it before put it online again.

It seems to be back again, and honestly, I love it. It makes solo mode fun again. It seems that you can reset the timer by refreshing the page, but I don't mind that. Would be pretty helpful to let players who get disconnected or run into internet issues to get a fresh start when they really need it.

Yes you can reset it but I add a protection server side.

Because if a player gain the puzzle points with a chrono higher than the timer it feels pretty unfair.

I have to find a way to make the chrono persistant.

It shows only in Real Time mode and I don't know why not in Friendly mode. Which is the defaut mode for solo.

I found a workaround: I set my table as a solo game, turned blitz mode off and was able to start the game from normal mode (without clicking on friendly mode). It started automatically switching to friendly mode, but without the blitz timer: https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=645849308

Ok, I force the blitz mode to be disabled in solo mode. It's the only available way to fix this.
