Tyr's Domain - Bugged or Working as Intended?

Tyr's domain states that "After you reveal a quest card in combat, you may treat it as a +3 battle card."

That seems to me that I could reveal it but choose to not use it as a combat card after reveal. However, it doesn't seem like the game lets me do that. Any thoughts from more seasoned Blood Ragers here?

You are right, it clearly says that you can choose to treat it as +3 after cards are revealed, and if you don't, it's just +0. I wouldn't call the current functionality a bug per se, but most likely an erroneous interpretation of the rules by the dev. Then again, this card and the age 3 version with +5 (Tyr's Wrath) aren't used much, because quite frankly, they suck. This might be why they have been left as they are for so long.
